Kevään uudet kokemukset - New experiences this spring

Tämän kevään aikana olen tehnyt paljon sellaisia asioita, joita en ajatellut tekeväni opiskelujeni aikana. BisnesAkatemia on antanut vapautta valita itseäni kiinnostavia kursseja, joiden oppeja olen myöhemmin saanut harjoitella käytännössä osuuskuntamme kautta. Olen tehnyt mm. muutamia nettisivuja ja opetellut käyttämään graafisen suunnittelun työkaluja.

This spring I’ve been doing things that I wouldn’t have imagined of doing during my studies. BisnesAcademy has given me the liberty to choose courses that I find interesting, and I have been able to put the skills learned from them into practice. I have for example, done some websites and I have learned to use the tools needed to do graphical design.

Innostus nettisivujen tekemiseen alkoi ensimmäisen lukuvuoden www-sivujen alkeiskurssilla. Ensimmäiset itse koodaamani sivut olivat Floudin ja Miilun yhdessä järjestämien Vuosijuhlien kotisivut. 

The enthusiasm for making websites began in an IT course in the first year. The first website that I created the code for, was the Anniversary Gala which was organized together by Idea-Miilu and Floudi.

Tällä hetkellä teen nettisivuja Turun Ammattikorkeakoulun Ota Koppi –hankkeeseen yhdessä toisen osuuskuntamme jäsenen kanssa.  Olemme opetelleet tätä projektia varten käyttämään sisällönhallintaohjelmaa, jonka avulla tehdään internetsivut, joita voidaan päivittää ilman erityisosaamista. Näin ollen asiakkaan on helppo itse laittaa uutta tietoa sivuille nopeasti ja vaivattomasti. 

At the moment I’m working on a website for Turku UoAS Ota Koppi -project together with another member of Floudi. For this project we learned how to use a website building software that allows you to make a website that can be updated without special know-how. This way, the customer can put new information to the website quickly and easily.

Toinen uusi juttu tänä keväänä on ollut graafisen suunnittelun harjoitteleminen. Olen opetellut käyttämään muutamia Adoben ohjelmia, mutta vielä on paljon opittavaa edessä.

This spring I have also been practicing how to do graphical design. I have learned how to use some of Adobe’s software but there is still a lot to be learned.

Toivon, että saan myös jatkossa kokea uusia ja erilaisia projekteja, joista saan taitoja tulevaisuuteen.

I hope that I continue to be a part of new and different projects where I learn skills that I can use in the future.
